HARD MONEY LENDING
All potential borrowers must first fill out our application, which can be found on our site. This application must be completed as accurately as possible to ensure a swift and smooth review process. Any mistakes made during this process will hold up processing and could result in a loan not being granted.
If your application makes it past our preliminary review, we will request the following documentation, but not limited too:
Copy of Borrower's Drivers License
Copy of Sales Contract on Home stated in application
Copy of Inspection completed for said Home
Upon approval, Equitable Financial Trust Corporation will set up a line of credit for the Borrower, in which they can begin using the funds. Interest payments on the loan must be made on the first of every month, based upon the value of the loan.
